About the role:

Yondu Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Engineer - RPA to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline our business processes and drive efficiency across the organisation. Based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, this strategic position will be integral to the continued success of our Information & Communication Technology operations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analyse business requirements and identify opportunities for RPA implementation
  • Design and develop sophisticated RPA solutions using leading technologies and platforms
  • Automate manual, repetitive, and high-volume tasks to optimise workflows and increase productivity
  • Integrate RPA solutions with other enterprise systems and applications
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Monitor and maintain RPA deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends, technologies, and best practices

What we're looking for:

  1. Experience with financial applications (e.g., Yardi, leasing, payments, property/investment software), integration testing, and UAT support.
  2. Background in banking or accounting domains.
  3. Hands-on experience with RPA tools, primarily UiPath, for process automation.
  4. Exposure to open-source automation frameworks (e.g Selenium, Playwright, Appium).
  5. Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills (must have).

  6. Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter (nice to have)

  7. 5+ years of experience in software engineering or automation roles, with a strong focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

  8. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies
  9. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
  10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  11. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  12. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
