This is a key position in DOZA group inc to ensure the General Ledger (GL) function is up to high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving GL KPIs and constantly improving GL processes
  • Efficiently manage key GL functions like cost, compliance, and quality
  • Perform month-end variance explanations
  • Track the KPI/Operation matrix for reporting
  • Classifying expenses, prepayments, cross quarter reservations etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Member of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IFAC) with at least a Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional accounting qualifications
  • Familiar with financial regulations in Philippines
  • Minimum 4 years of finance and accounting experience
  • Can operate efficiently independently
  • High level of integrity and sense of responsibility with commitment to good governance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
