About the role

Kōrure' is seeking an experienced Video Editor to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in bringing our creative vision to life, crafting engaging visual content that resonates with our audience. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility while contributing to the success of our Advertising, Arts & Media company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Editing raw footage into cohesive, visually appealing videos that align with our brand and marketing strategies
  2. Collaborating with the production team to develop and implement creative concepts
  3. Selecting and arranging visual elements, including footage, graphics, and audio, to enhance the storytelling
  4. Ensuring a smooth post-production process by adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
  5. Providing feedback and recommendations to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of our video content
  6. Staying up-to-date with the latest video editing software and techniques

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Video Editor, preferably in the Editing & Publishing industry
  2. Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  3. Strong understanding of video composition, colour grading, and audio editing
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  5. A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
