PURCHASER STAFF

Job Description

  • Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock.

  • Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.

  • Request and evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

  • Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.

  • Create the PO based on Management instructions in Viber Group

  • Coordinate with suppliers and site personnel for delivery arrangements and discrepancies.

  • Help with requesting for prices and calculating estimated landed cost and input in purchasing update under supervision of management

Documents & Encoding

  • Coordinate and record tracking number of documents from the supplier

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.

  • Updating and filling all records of purchased products.

  • Note and track all unnecessary costs related to the shipment (demurrage, storage, etc) - to be recorded in the "Done" tab of the Final Purchase Payments

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferably)

  • At least 1–2 years of purchasing experience in the construction industry preferred.

  • Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and suppliers.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint and other platforms.

  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php22,000.00 per month
