Credit Corp is Australia's leading provider of responsible financial services in the credit-impaired consumer segment, is currently looking for SQL Developers to join our rapidly expanding global company that spans across Australia, New Zealand, USA, and the Philippines.

Join our Philippines team and contribute to building the next generation of reporting and data solutions.

The Role

As a SQL Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining data in SQL Server databases and developing reporting solutions using SSRS and Power BI. You will work with large, complex datasets and design automated, scalable reports and dashboards that provide critical insights to the business.

The role also involves engaging with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that support decision-making and operational effectiveness.

What are we looking for?

  • Advanced SQL knowledge and experience (queries, stored procedures, and optimisation).
  • 5+ years' experience designing, constructing, administering, and maintaining SQL Server databases in a business environment.
  • Experience with reporting platforms (e.g. SSRS or PowerBI).
  • Exposure to SSIS or other ETL tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage the full Software Development Lifecycle from requirements through to delivery.
  • Developed design and development skills with attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Degree qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree or experience.
