Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and engaging TikTok Live Host to be the on-screen representative of our brand during live selling sessions. The role involves interacting with viewers in real time, showcasing products, addressing questions, and maintaining an energetic and professional presence to increase engagement and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead fun, interactive, and informative live streams to feature Urbanize products on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
  • Present and demonstrate items clearly, highlighting their main features and uses.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to inquiries, offering suggestions, and helping guide customers toward purchasing.
  • Plan and apply effective live-selling techniques to improve viewer interaction and boost sales performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure live content aligns with active promotions and marketing efforts.
  • Maintain a confident, enthusiastic, and brand-consistent presence throughout each livestream.
  • Keep up with current online trends, competitor activities, and product updates to strengthen live-selling effectiveness.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets on a consistent basis.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable on camera with a friendly, energetic, and engaging personality.
  • Background in TikTok hosting, livestreaming, or content creation is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Good understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and audience behavior.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable, quiet area for streaming.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
