We are currently looking for a QA/QC Mechanical Engineer to join our team and help ensure the quality, safety, and reliability of our hospital's mechanical systems.

About the Role
:

The QA/QC Mechanical Engineer will oversee and validate all mechanical installations—including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and medical gas systems—ensuring full compliance with approved designs, specifications, and regulatory standards. This role is crucial in maintaining quality, safety, and operational excellence throughout the construction and installation phase.

Key Responsibilities:

· Inspect and monitor mechanical work to ensure compliance with design and regulatory codes

· Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve quality issues

· Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), punch lists, and corrective actions

· Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings

· Prepare QA/QC documentation (ITPs, checklists, quality reports)

· Support quality audits and ensure timely submission of inspection records

Qualifications:

· Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC) – Required

· 2–3 years' experience in QA/QC or mechanical site engineering

· Experience in healthcare/hospital projects is an advantage

· Background in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and medical gas systems

· Knowledgeable in DOH, ASHRAE, NFPA, and the Philippine Mechanical Code

· Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QA/QC tracking tools

· Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Job Details:

· Location: On-site, Makati City

· Job Type: Fixed term (6 months)

· Schedule: 8-hour shift system

· Tools: Personal laptop preferred (software access provided)
