About the role

Ivoclar, a leading global provider of dental materials and digital technologies, is seeking a highly motivated Industrial Engineer (open to fresh graduates) to join our dynamic team in Cabuyao City, Laguna. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings
  • Design, implement, and monitor systems and procedures to improve workflow, productivity, and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex manufacturing challenges
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations
  • Conduct time and motion studies to identify and eliminate waste in production
  • Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the manufacturing facility through innovative solutions

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
