We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives through structured planning, agile execution, and effective stakeholder management.

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality targets are met.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and dependencies in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, promoting accountability and collaboration.
  • Implement agile practices (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Prepare updates and manage communications with the Steering Committee and executive stakeholders.
  • Act as primary contact for C-level sponsors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring transparency.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies with clear escalation and recovery plans.
  • Manage resources and workforce planning across delivery teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, audit requirements, and governance frameworks.
  • Oversee change management, including impact analysis and scope/budget adjustments.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs, budgets, and risk metrics to drive informed decisions.
  • Maintain project documentation and artifacts in designated repositories.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support portfolio alignment with strategic priorities and contribute to governance reporting.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, demand management, project management, portfolio management, or a related field.
  • Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • Strong background in stakeholder management, governance, and process optimization
