Job Overview:

An Inventory Custodian is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing stock, and assisting in stock replenishment across our warehouse or retail location.

  • Inventory Management

  • Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring accuracy of stock.

  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist in end-of-month or quarterly inventory audits.

  • Stock Organization & Documentation

  • Organize and label items in the warehouse or storage areas.

  • Ensure that inventory records are updated and maintained in the inventory management system.
  • Process incoming and outgoing stock, checking for quality and correctness.

  • Shipping and Receiving Support

  • Assist in receiving new shipments and verifying product quantities and quality and note down expiration dates accurately.

  • Ensure proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods.

  • Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and submit inventory reports as needed (daily, weekly, or monthly).

  • Communicate inventory needs and issues to supervisors.
  • Coordinate restocking of inventory when low.

  • Quality Control

  • Check products for defects or damages during inventory counts and during the receiving process.

  • Work with the team to address any discrepancies or damaged items.

  • Safety & Maintenance:

  • Follow all safety guidelines for handling and storing inventory.

  • Maintain a clean and organized storage area to minimize risks and maximize operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inventory and data entry, warehousing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Work is onsite in Global Aseana Business Park in San Simon, Pampanga. Mondays to Saturdays. May include some holidays.
