Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Engineer at Black Bear. The job responsibilities as below:

  • Plan and execute Fishing Re-Entry (FRE) and Drilling Jar & Shock Tools (DJST) projects
  • Attend technical and weekly coordination meetings both internally and externally
  • Coordinate with Operations Coordinator and Fishing Tool Supervisors to plan for workover jobs
  • Tool planning, preparation, loadout and backload
  • Manage in-house QAQC process to ensure proper documentation of all tools prior to loadout
  • Consolidate and prepare utilization sheet and service reports

Qualifications

  • Oil & Gas / Geothermal Industry background
  • Experience in fishing re-entry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
