Role Summary

Configure and define parameters for network installations and upgrades.

Install and maintain firewall and security software.

Research and recommend security solutions to meet operational needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in Windows client/server administration (on-premise and cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure, network protocols, and security.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware/software/network issues.
  • Ability to document technical processes and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, Cisco, or similar) preferred.
