The Graphic Artist / Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-aligned product displays that enhance the in-store shopping experience and support sales objectives. This role involves executing visual merchandising strategies, updating layouts according to seasonal guidelines, and ensuring that all visual elements reflect the brand identity. The specialist collaborates with store teams to maintain high visual standards and support marketing and promotional initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute visual merchandising plans, floor sets, and window displays in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Arrange merchandise to highlight key products, trends, and promotions in an engaging and brand-consistent manner.
  • Ensure proper placement of signage, fixtures, and props to support current campaigns and enhance customer navigation.
  • Monitor daily visual standards throughout the store and make adjustments as needed to maintain presentation quality.
  • Collaborate with store managers and department leads to ensure merchandising plans align with inventory levels and sales goals.
  • Assist in planning and setting up new product launches, promotions, and seasonal transitions.
  • Provide visual merchandising support during store events and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of visual areas, including storage of props, mannequins, and display tools.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor displays to bring fresh ideas and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts.
  • 1–2 years of experience in visual merchandising, graphic design, or e-commerce (retail industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent visual sense and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
