About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will help drive data-informed decisions and business improvements across sales, operations, and marketing. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business trends, sales data, and market performance to identify opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate with departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports for key decision-makers
  • Conduct competitor and market research to support product and pricing strategies
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
  • Provide recommendations based on cost-benefit analyses
  • Document business processes, workflows, and improvement plans
  • Support CRM and ERP optimization initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in business analysis, preferably in retail, appliances, or FMCG is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM and inventory systems is a plus
  • Must be based in the Philippines and willing to work in a hybrid setup
  • Some fieldwork may be required
