We have partnered with a manufacturing and importing company based in California. With over 30 years of experience, the company specializes in providing high-quality products at competitive prices, enabling customers to pass savings on to their own clients. Their flagship brand offers a diverse range of products, including cookware, appliances, decorative items, and household gadgets.

As an Import & Export Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the company's supply chain operations. You'll manage the end-to-end logistics process — from sourcing and overseas shipping to customs clearance, warehousing, and local distribution. Your role ensures that every shipment runs smoothly, on time, and with precision.

What you'll be working on:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in import logistics, international shipping, or distribution operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of customs clearance processes, incoterms, and freight forwarding.
  • Skilled in using logistics or ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or CargoWise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Open to working on a Night Shift schedule aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
