About The Role Partnered with a company that is a leader in the provision of Risk and Compliance Auditing and Management services to the built property sector, whose clients are some of the largest corporations in Australia. They employ a four pillars approach to risk and compliance management – Essential Services Management, Property Risk, Height Safety, and Emergency Management. What You’ll Be Working On Interpret and validate client needs to determine appropriate service responses Coordinate with contractors to resolve client concerns Enter and update client and service data accurately Communicate clearly with clients and team members Monitor open jobs and make sure they are completed on time Help improve systems and processes when needed Ideal Profile What We’re Looking For Start your career with us fresh grads welcome( or with 2 years customer service experience) Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Confident in handling large volumes of data with accuracy Comfortable working with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office tools Detail-oriented and organized in tracking tasks and records Able to work independently and manage time effectively Has a proactive mindset and is open to learning Willing to work on a graveyard shift (night schedule) What’s on Offer Step into a journey where growth is a shared experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
