LBC Express, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Information and Data Analyst to review, validate, and analyze remittance reports from branches nationwide. The role ensures data accuracy, identifies discrepancies, evaluates potential risks, and supports adherence to company SOPs. This position is crucial in maintaining service quality and operational integrity across all remittance transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze branch remittance reports and validate data against system records.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate discrepancies or potential irregularities.
  • Ensure branch, agent, and distributor compliance with SOPs on remittance operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, partner banks, and agents for timely transaction completion.
  • Prepare and submit data accuracy and efficiency reports to relevant business units.
  • Manage pending transactions and ensure service levels are met.
  • Provide detailed findings for remittance-related inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a 4–5 year course in Accountancy, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Experience in remittance, financial services, or data analysis is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable working with reports and system-generated data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
