About the Role

The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting through reconciliations, journal entries, data validation, and process improvements. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge, experience in RTR processes, and hands-on expertise with
SAP
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end
    Record to Report (RTR)
    processes including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end closing activities.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Maintain data integrity in
    SAP
    and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, FP&A) to support reporting and audit requirements.
  • Prepare periodic reports, variance analyses, and process documentation.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, or related field
    (CPA is a plus but not required).
  • Minimum of
    2–3 years
    of experience in
    Record to Report (RTR)
    or General Accounting.
  • Strong working knowledge of
    SAP
    (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
