Role Overview
We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our operations and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily recruitment tasks, maintain communication across the team, and ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and publish job postings on multiple platforms.
- Assist recruiters with coordination and day-to-day recruitment tasks.
- Communicate with internal teams and VAs regarding updates, schedules, and processes.
- Professionally interact with clients as necessary.
- Create and maintain daily reports and operational trackers.
- Provide administrative and operational support to higher management.
- Continuously help improve recruitment processes and internal workflows.
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills – MUST.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Stable internet connection.
- High-quality camera and microphone for meetings.
- Professional, proactive attitude with a reliable work ethic.
Preferred Skills
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant.
- Background in recruitment or HR tasks.
- Familiarity with job platforms, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
