The Program Officer at St. Luke's Foundation is responsible for developing and implementing community health outreach initiatives, fostering partnerships, and ensuring all activities meet health and safety standards. He/she will oversee medical scholarship and continuing education processes, supporting funding applications, and assessing program impact through data-driven reports. He/she will manage the social service resources, aids in healthcare research planning, maintains detailed program records, and regularly updates stakeholders on the progress and impact of outreach, education, and social service initiatives.

Program Management

  • Track and assess the impact and success of outreach programs and provide data-driven reports on program outcomes.
  • Track and assess the impact and success of scholarship and continuing education programs, and provide data-driven reports on program outcomes.

Medical Outreach Program

  • Develop, organize, and implement community health outreach initiatives, ensuring logistical needs are met and services are delivered to underserved populations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to promote outreach, education, and social service initiatives.

Medical Scholarship and Continuing Education

  • Oversee application processes, review eligibility criteria, and facilitate scholarship funding and continuing education opportunities for healthcare professionals.
  • Plan and conduct seminars, workshops, and training sessions to support ongoing education for healthcare staff and scholarship recipients.

Social Service and Research

  • Identify and support patients in need by coordinating social service resources, financial assistance, and other forms of aid to improve health outcomes.
  • Assist in planning and executing healthcare research projects by collaborating with relevant departments and ensuring compliance with research protocols and ethics.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree or any course relevant to the functions of the Division assigned to.
  • With at least three (3) years Managerial Experience related to fundraising, grant-writing, and marketing within the NGO/NPO setting
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in handling social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Strong background in corporate relationship building
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
