  • General Duties:
  • Build, develop and manage design teams and personnel
  • Manage the company's contract obligations for the on time to delivery of Schematic Design, Design Development, Contract Documentation, and Contract Administration services.
  • Lead the production of complete detailed design drawings and technical

specifications.

  • Hold regular design team meetings to keep within the project budget, timelines,

increase creativity, optimize productivity, and minimize futile work.

  • Manage design coordination across all design trades including inputs by specialty

consultants.

  • Develop Work Schedules for the delivery of design services.
  • Manage and check the deliverables of consultants engaged by the Company.
  • Manage work distribution among the team members. Determine the need to

supplement personnel or outsource parts of the company's workload as needed.

  • Manage design amendments during value engineering exercises, site adaptations

& systems integration.

  • Review the company standard processes and propose amendments for process

improvements.

  • Consultation with the principals on project prioritization.
  • Lead design team(s) and mentor design staff toward greater creativity productivity,

and continued growth.

  • Develop ideas together with the team keeping in mind the clients' needs, end-user

needs, environmental impact, and all pertinent code compliance.

  • Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss designs, budgets,

materials documents, and specifications lists for client approvals.

  • Participate in strategic planning towards the improvement and development of the

company

  • Act as intermediary between the client and the construction team.
  • Assist the Company Directors in other endeavors or activities that support the

company's growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • San Juan (National Capital Region): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
