About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our fruits and vegetables warehouse operations in Legazpi City, Albay. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse, from inventory control to staff supervision. What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products
  2. Maintain accurate inventory records and implement efficient stock management procedures
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality standards
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
  5. Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as procurement and customer service, to optimise warehouse operations
  6. Provide training and mentorship to warehouse staff to develop their skills and capabilities
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the warehousing, storage, and distribution industry
  2. Excellent knowledge of warehouse management principles, including inventory control, stock rotation, and logistics
  3. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  4. Proficient in using warehouse management software and data analysis tools
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  6. Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in the warehousing industry
  7. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
