The Branch Administrator is responsible for strictly implementing company policies and procedures for every transaction, as thoroughly elaborated in succeeding articles, and to ensure compliance of all personnel to protect and safeguard assets and interest of the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Enforce strict adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures across all branch operations.
- Ensure all staff understand and comply with established guidelines to maintain consistency and minimize risk
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, reports, inventory, and personnel-related documentation.
- Manage the flow of communication between the branch and head office regarding administrative requirements, updates, and concerns.
- Assist in onboarding, orientation, and training of new hires, ensuring they understand branch processes and policies.
- Assist the Sales Team in activities related to branch operations, sales initiatives, and customer service requirements.
- Monitor the accountability of sales invoices and bounced checks, ensuring appropriate actions are taken in coordination with the accounting team.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and support efficiency through proper documentation and process implementation.
Qualifications, knowledge, skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in administrative or supervisory roles, preferably in branch or multi-unit operations.
- Strong background in accounting procedures, inventory control, and personnel management.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail
