About the role

As an Information Security & Privacy Compliance Analyst at YONDU INC.', you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's information security and privacy compliance standards are met. This full-time position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, and will involve working closely with the security and compliance teams to mitigate risks and protect the organisation's data.

What you'll be doing

  1. Monitoring and reviewing security systems and processes to identify potential vulnerabilities and compliance gaps
  2. Conducting security audits and risk assessments to ensure the organisation meets industry standards and regulatory requirements
  3. Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and controls to protect sensitive information
  4. Providing training and guidance to employees on information security and privacy best practices
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address security incidents and breaches
  6. Staying up-to-date with the latest security threats, regulations, and industry trends
  7. Generating reports and dashboards to communicate security and compliance metrics to stakeholders

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in information security, compliance, or risk management roles
  2. Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA
  3. Proficiency in conducting security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk analyses
  4. Familiarity with security frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO, and COBIT
  5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
