Job Description - Senior Quality Analyst (009DC3)LI-HybridHigh level responsibilities:PROCESS INVENTORY & DOCUMENTATIONInventory the processes, documents, tools & templates

Document the processes and develop templates with inputs from SMEsEnsure the documents meet all the required quality standards

Maintain the QMS documents and publish required information on Commercial PortalPROCESS CHANGE MGMTCollate the End user feedback and facilitate Change request prep

Facilitate the review and approval of Process changes/ updates and maintain the version control of documentsQMS TRAINING, ENABLEMENT & ADOPTIONBe thinking partner for Process Mgmt SMEPublish User analytics and drive adoptionPROCESS IMPROVEMENTDrive focussed process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma, Design thinking and equivalent approaches

Maintain portfolio of projectsQualificationsExperience5- 8 years of experience in implementing Quality standards such as ISO 9001, CMM or other models and Process Maturity frameworks

At least 2-3 years in an Operational role (preferably commercial domain)Certified PMP/ Six Sigma Green Belt/ Auditor will be preferred

Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented and fast-paced environment.Excellent listening and analytical skills.Self-directed, organized and project a professional image.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail

Good customer service and motivational skills

Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and concurrent projects

Willing to work in Cavite with flexible working hours to properly engage stakeholders from all time zones.
