About the RoleAs a Technical Consultant within our ServiceNow team, your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional projects and services that ensure utmost customer satisfaction. You will leverage your expertise to provide hands-on technical solutions, ensuring delivery aligns with ServiceNow best practices and meets client expectations.

This role is based in Makati, Philippines, and has a hybrid working setup, offering flexibility to work remotely and from our local office. This setup allows you to collaborate effectively with global teams while enjoying a balanced work-life integration. Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesAutonomous Expertise: Deliver technical solutions with precision and quality, whether independently or collaboratively, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

Solution Delivery: Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, integrating best practices and client requirements gathered through technical workshops. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, influencing solutions around risk management, process improvement, and automation. Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and communicate new opportunities within client accounts to Customer Success Managers and account teams.

Problem Solving: Act as a reliable escalation point, swiftly resolving issues and supporting all teams engaged in project delivery. Capability Development: Mentor and coach junior team members, contribute to hiring decisions, and participate in interviews to foster technical and consulting excellence. Experience & ExpertiseMandatory QualificationsMust HaveIT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM and at least one other ServiceNow product. Sales and presales accreditation in two or more ServiceNow product lines.

ServiceNow Suite Certified (ITSM, HR, or CSM). Nice to HaveAdditional ServiceNow Certifications. ITIL Foundation Certified.

Mandatory ExperienceMust HaveDemonstrated success in ServiceNow project delivery, emphasizing value articulation. Proven track record in high-quality ServiceNow development and documentation. Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and integrations (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.).

Experience leading workshops and guiding team efforts across multiple ServiceNow product lines. Insight into ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases, and future roadmaps. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desired Experience & KnowledgeNice to Have3 years of successful ServiceNow project delivery. Familiarity with ServiceNow licensing. Why Fujitsu?
