Job Summary:
The candidate will be part of Portfolio Services Team and as part of this team will play an integral role in the management of large property portfolios working closely with Estate Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:

Arranging onsite property inspections
-
Liaising with Estate Managers, Landlords, subtenants, and other third parties to make inspection arrangements
-
Tracking all requests
-
Cooperation with team members to avoid any failure and escalation
-
Keeping the Arranging Inspection Process Manual updated
-
Collaborating with other departments to validate the authenticity of requests
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree
-
Written and Verbal fluency in English is a must, another language is a plus.

3 - 8 years of equivalent professional experience
-
Strong Customer Service skills: able to handle difficult conversations, dealing with unsatisfied clients
-
Solid analytical abilities as well as energetical interpersonal and organisational skills
-
Client orientated, capable of adapting to a changing and demanding environment
-
Responsible and mature attitude
-
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Fast learner and team player
-
Experience in the sector of Commercial Real Estate will be an advantage
