Position Summary:

The Senior Veterinarian will serve as the clinic's lead doctor — managing clinical operations, guiding junior staff, and ensuring top-notch patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to help establish protocols, mentor a growing team, and make a lasting impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day veterinary operations and ensure excellent patient care
  • Conduct consultations, diagnostics, and treatment for small and companion animals
  • Perform surgical and emergency procedures with a high level of skill
  • Develop clinic protocols and preventive health programs
  • Train and supervise junior veterinarians, assistants, and support staff
  • Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with veterinary standards
  • Foster a positive, client-centered environment

Qualifications:

Education & License:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
  • Must have a valid PRC Veterinary License (Philippines)
  • Additional certifications or postgraduate training (surgery, internal medicine, etc.) are a plus

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of veterinary practice experience (small or mixed animal practice)
  • Strong background in surgery, diagnosis, and preventive care
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
