Key Responsibilities

IT Support

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to internal staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Maintain and support Windows-based systems, servers, and associated IT infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and mobile hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Monitor system performance and maintain system availability, backups, and data integrity.

System Support for Products

  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and support of gaming systems and solutions at customer sites.
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support to casino customers and technicians.
  • Coordinate with internal development and QA teams to report and resolve system issues.
  • Support software upgrades, patch installations, and system integrations.
  • Document system configurations, installations, and technical procedures.

Skills & Competencies

  • Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and system security.
  • Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, firewalls).
  • Good troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Customer-focused with a professional approach to support and service delivery.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite system support.

Preferred Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience with system such as Windows Server, SQL or ActiveMQ.
  • Knowledge of casino operations, gaming systems, or embedded hardware with strong networking background would be a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
  • Experience in supporting both hardware and software products in a live operations environment.

Education & Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Network support, system administration, or a similar technical role.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, etc.) are an advantage.
