Join Auxilia Inc. as a Customer Service Representative for our Satellite TV & Entertainment Account You'll be assisting customers with billing, subscription, and technical concerns while ensuring excellent service delivery.

What You'll Do:
  • Handle calls, chats, or emails related to satellite TV & entertainment services.
  • Assist with billing inquiries, subscription upgrades, and account activation.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues (signal, connectivity, device setup).
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate.
  • Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
  • Must have stable internet connection and WFH setup.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
