• Install, configure, maintain and monitor computer operating systems, applications, and networks.
• Setup new user accounts and profiles and resolve password issues.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Analyze call logs and/or ticket requests to detect common trends and underlying problems.
• Test and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Guide staff or clients through step-by-step solutions to resolve problems.
• Prioritize and manage high volumes of cases efficiently.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Networking, Information Technology or Engineering.
• 1-2 years experience in technical support, IT support or software engineering.
• Highly organized with strong customer focus.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Proficient in programming languages and HTML/CSS.
• Experience working with MS Office applications and Western companies is preferred.
