Home-Based Financial Analyst

The DCX Client Services – Home-Based Financial Analyst is expected to be proactive and detail-oriented with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint to join our team. This role is integral in transforming financial and operational data into insightful analyses and executive-ready reports that directly support strategic decision-making and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data manipulation, financial modeling, and performance analysis, paired with the ability to create clear, compelling presentations that communicate complex information with impact. As a key contributor, the Financial Analyst will help drive efficiency, optimize outcomes, and provide actionable insights that shape the organization's direction.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Perform detailed data manipulation in Excel to analyze trends, risks, and opportunities across financial and operational metrics.

• Build, maintain, and refine financial models in Excel to evaluate business scenarios and support strategic initiatives.

• Partner with the Director, Investments & Ventures to support business units with financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

• Develop, track, and present KPIs in Excel and PowerPoint to monitor business performance.

• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting in Excel and present results in a concise, executive-ready format.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a business partnering environment.

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US

• operating hours.

• Technical Skills:

• Expert-level Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data manipulation.

• Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling presentations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate in Word and Outlook.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

• Business acumen and a strategic mindset.

• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively through Excel and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clarity.
