Job Title: Store Analyst Officer

Job Description:

The Store Analyst Officer will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing store transactions, sales reports, and cash flow to ensure accurate financial records. This role also requires knowledge in Accounts Receivable and Cashiering functions to support proper handling of store collections and daily transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze daily store sales, cash collections, and payment records.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable processes, including monitoring outstanding balances and coordinating with concerned departments for collections.
  • Review cashiering activities, ensuring accuracy of remittances, receipts, and cash reconciliation.
  • Prepare financial and operational reports to support store performance monitoring.
  • Identify discrepancies in sales, cashiering, or AR records and coordinate resolutions.
  • Assist in audits of store transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements in store operations and financial handling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, cashiering, or financial reporting (retail experience preferred).
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and store transaction procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Willing to be assigned in-store operations when needed.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,127.00 per month
