ClickUp is seeking an Integration Services Consultant to join our Professional Services team in the Philippines. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining and optimizing customer integrations - ensuring reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction at scale. You'll work closely with teammates and customers to troubleshoot, enhance, and future-proof integrations that power productivity for teams around the world.The ideal candidate is a fast learner with hands-on experience in iPaaS tools (especially Workato), APIs, and custom software integrations. You're comfortable jumping into code/scripts written by others, debugging, and enhancing them to fix bugs or add features. You thrive in a dynamic environment, are eager to learn new technologies, and take pride in delivering solutions that make a real impact.The Role

• Own the maintenance of all customer integrations - fix bugs, add new features, and optimize for efficiency
• Become highly knowledgeable in ClickUp features (front end) and an expert on the ClickUp API
• Support and maintain integrations built primarily in Workato; prior Workato experience is a major plus
• Collaborate with teammates to understand existing builds and support their ongoing maintenance
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
• Identify opportunities to decrease Workato usage while maintaining integration quality and reliability
• Utilize Ruby to create/modify connectors to improve efficiency (Ruby experience is a plus)
• Document solutions and share knowledge with the broader team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with iPaaS tools (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.), APIs, and custom integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills; ability to work with and enhance code/scripts written by others
• Experience working directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Fast learner, excited to work with evolving software and new technologies
• Willingness to jump into problems and resolve them with urgency
• Experience with Workato and/or Ruby is a major plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Based in the Philippines; able to work AMS–EST business hours
