Job Title: Associate Lawyer The Associate Lawyer assists the AVP - Legal with the day-to-day activities of the Legal Department. Duties & Performance Standards: Draft and review contracts, agreements and correspondence of the Company and its subsidiaries Competence and timeliness in drafting and reviewing contracts and other agreements Successful in negotiating better terms for the Company and its subsidiaries Assist the stockholders' meeting, reportorial requirements and filings of the Company and its subsidiaries Assist in timely filing of reportorial requirements and filings with the Philippine Stock Exchange and Securities and Exchange Commission Competence in drafting the required protest letters based on the available documents and appropriate legal provisions Assist the handling of the litigation cases and liaise with external Timely review of pleadings Assist in preparing witnesses and evidence gathering for the effective prosecution and/or defense of the cases Assist the Legal Department in the timely, efficient and competent response to the legal requirements of the other departments Assist in handling the registration of new companies and immigration matters Assist in securing registration certificates from the SEC and assistance in the registration in foreign jurisdictions Assists the AVP -Legal in preparing an annual schedule of Board and committee meetings

Keeps abreast on relevant laws, regulations, all governance issuances, relevant industry developments and operations of the corporation, and advises the AVP - Legal on all relevant issues as they arise Work Schedule : 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day WFH Experience: Preferably with 1 year experience Philippine Bar Passer #J-18808-Ljbffr
