Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and edit short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media channels.
  • Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to translate campaign ideas into compelling video executions.
  • Adapt existing creative assets into motion content optimized for different social media platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital, social, and video trends, ensuring content feels fresh and relevant.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all produced content while experimenting with innovative approaches.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, delivering high-quality content on time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, Animation, Film, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience as a Motion Designer, Video Editor, or Content Creator with a strong portfolio showcasing short-form social media content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with other editing/motion tools (Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, etc. is a plus).
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and pacing.
  • Knowledge of social media formats, best practices, and optimization techniques.
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven content needs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in 2D/3D animation.
  • Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics and how content contributes to engagement and growth.
  • Photography or illustration skills.
