Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Owner's Engineer (OE) to join our team. The Owner's Engineer will act as the technical consultant and representative of the project owner, ensuring that all project activities—particularly in diesel power plant operations—are executed according to specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review contractors' design and engineering documents.
  • Ensure compliance with project technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Assist in procurement by evaluating bids and selecting contractors or suppliers.
  • Supervise construction progress and verify materials/workmanship meet approved standards.
  • Witness and certify performance tests before project handover.
  • Provide project management support, including schedules, budgets, risk management, and technical issues.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) license preferred.
  • With experience in diesel power plant projects.
  • Willing to be assigned to Kajatian, Sulu.
  • Strong technical, communication, and project management skills.
