Job Summary:

The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating the company's surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and facilities. This position plays a key role in detecting, recording, and reporting any suspicious activity or security incidents in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live CCTV feeds and recorded footage to detect unusual or suspicious activity.
  • Report security breaches, incidents, or hazards immediately to the Security Supervisor or authorized personnel.
  • Maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
  • Comply with company policies, data privacy regulations, and security protocols.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate; College Level or Graduate in Criminology, IT, or any related field is an advantage.
  • With or without CCTV experience (training may be provided).
  • Knowledgeable in CCTV operations, basic troubleshooting, and security monitoring procedures.
  • Detail-oriented and alert at all times.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, video management systems).
  • Physically and mentally fit; willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Possession of TESDA NC II in CCTV Operations or Security License is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,070.00 per month
