  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Monitoring sales target and report results to business unit heads.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and events.
  • Create quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Supervisor in deal pursuits.
  • Hiring and training of staff to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business Administration or Information Technology related course (2-years or 4-years course).
  • 3-5 years' experience in sales management, account management, or business development within the IT industry or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and closing corporate deals.
  • Strong background in developing business plans, sales strategies, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in hiring, training, and mentoring sales teams to achieve targets.
