The Senior Analyst Programmer – RPA is responsible for analyzing business processes, designing and developing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, and ensuring high-quality delivery across automation initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, combined with analytical thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and technical leadership to support enterprise-wide automation programs.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Analysis & Automation Design

  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design, document, and recommend RPA solutions aligned with business objectives and operational efficiency goals.

RPA Development

  • Develop, implement, and maintain RPA solutions using industry-leading tools and frameworks.
  • Write, test, and optimize scalable automation scripts.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications in collaboration with development teams.

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure automation accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during development, testing, and deployment phases.

Reporting, Documentation & Analysis

  • Produce and maintain complete technical and functional documentation for all automation projects.
  • Track project tasks, milestones, and stakeholder requirements to ensure timely completion.
  • Analyze and optimize existing workflows for improved automation efficiency.
  • Prepare, submit, and maintain required reports and daily service monitoring deliverables.
  • Ensure stakeholders are regularly updated on project progress, risks, and issues.

Collaboration, Knowledge Sharing & Leadership

  • Foster a culture of openness, collaboration, continuous learning, and team excellence.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to Analyst Programmers and team members.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies including RPA, AI, chatbots, and agentic automation, and share best practices with the team.
  • Support service continuity by flexibly assisting other team members as needed.

Support & Maintenance

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed automations.
  • Identify recurring issues and implement preventive and long-term solutions.
  • Ensure automation stability, performance, and service continuity.

Technical & Functional CompetenciesMust Have

  • Microsoft O365 Cloud Services:
  • SharePoint, SharePoint Lists, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power BI, OneDrive
  • RPA Tools:

UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, Automation HubGood to Have

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in software development, automation, or RPA.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development.
  • Proven experience designing and developing workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Strong expertise in UiPath solution design, workflow development, exception handling, and data manipulation.
  • Experience with OCR and document understanding technologies.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • UiPath Certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating them into RPA workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Working Set Up:

  • 3x RTO, 2x WFH

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php150, Php160,000.00 per month
