Job responsibilities

1. Create, organize, and monitor online events, including seasonal events, core community activities, and in-app talent events while identifying new opportunities to enhance engagement and user participation.

2. Clearly communicate event benefits, rules, and guidelines to users to ensure understanding and encourage participation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance event visibility and strengthen in-app engagement.

3. Manage the end-to-end execution of online events. Assist in post-event activities including recaps, content reviews, and scoring. Ensure accurate evaluation of event outcomes and generate insight reports.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

2. Excellent communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear instructions and explain event rules, benefits, and guidelines to stakeholders.

3. Analytical & technical skills: Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and analytical thinking to draw insights and inform future event planning.

4. Adaptability: Able to stay organized and effective in a fast-paced environment, multitask in a dynamic environment and embrace new challenges.

5. Detail-oriented: High level of accuracy in data entry, reporting and record-keeping.

6. Collaboration & Independence – Able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Work Arrangement:

This role requires working from the office five days a week.
