About the role We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Head of External Relations or Director of External Relations to join our team at Yinshan Lending Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that provides comprehensive administrative support to our executive leadership. As the Head of External Relations or Director of External Relations , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization and contributing to its overall success.

What you'll be doing Assist the Country Manager in government relations and regulatory compliance. Attend meetings, draft minutes, and ensure follow-up actions. Identify and develop local partnership opportunities.

Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships. Support market activities and brand promotion initiatives. Analyze user feedback and market trends for strategy optimization.

Facilitate communication between headquarters and local teams. Track project progress and ensure efficient resource allocation. Resolve daily operational issues.

Assist the Country Manager with data collection and report preparation. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred fields: Business, Law, Marketing, or Communication). Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.

Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent cross-cultural communication and teamwork abilities. 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with entrepreneurial/NGO experience are welcome.
