Procurement Management:

  • In charge of negotiating costs of the requested with different suppliers for installations, logistics, fabrication and constructions.
  • Processing the billings from suppliers and ensuring timely and accurate submission to finance
  • Assisting finance in monitoring the requirements needed to process payment of suppliers and contractors.
  • Monitoring and handling the budget allocation to ensure the continuous operation of projects.
  • Issues and monitor the accreditation requirements for new suppliers.

Data Management:

  • Assist the Retail Head in generating the summary report of materials resources allocation, shipping records and project expenses.
  • Updates and keeping track of the material resources for real time collaboration with regional teams and other concerned departments.

Qualifications:

  • Must be well versed in Microsoft excel.
  • Keen to details and have strong logical thinking.
  • Critical Thinker
  • Emotionally Strong and Independent
  • Willing to work long hours to finish emergency works.
