Position: Housekeeping Team Lead


Job Summary:

We are looking for a Housekeeping Team Lead to oversee and ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of our centers in line with company standards. This role is crucial in maintaining high levels of sanitation, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The Team Lead will work closely with the Facilities Management Supervisor and Operations team to supervise daily housekeeping activities, conduct inspections, coordinate with other departments, and assist in training housekeeping staff.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor daily housekeeping operations across assigned centers
  • Conduct regular inspections of treatment rooms, stockrooms, hallways, pantry, and other areas
  • Coordinate with Property Engineers for equipment/facility issues and repairs
  • Ensure timely reporting and resolution of incidents, equipment issues, and supply concerns
  • Support the development and implementation of housekeeping training programs
  • Maintain inventory and manage the usage of linens, cleaning materials, and equipment
  • Uphold and promote the company's standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role in housekeeping or facilities management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sites/centers
  • Willing to travel as needed across company branches
