About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking dedicated ONLINE SHOPPING (LOCAL) ACCOUNT to join our team at our Cubao, Quezon City location. This is a full-time role, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through voice-based interactions. As a Telecommunications Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support, troubleshooting and building strong relationships.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from customers and clients, providing assistance and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner
  2. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  3. Identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell relevant products and services
  4. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
  5. Working collaboratively with team members to provide comprehensive support
  6. Continuously developing your product knowledge and technical skills

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers / With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  6. Commitment to delivering high-quality service and a positive customer experience
