Service Desk Analyst – German Speaker

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Service Desk Analyst-German Speaking with expertise in Microsoft 365, O365, and Active Directory and strong German language skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality technical support, ensuring smooth operations and excellent user experience for our German-speaking users across various platforms.

Location: Muntinlupa, Philippines

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for Microsoft 365/O365 applications and services in German.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist users with account management, software installations, and configurations.
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions through Active Directory.
  • Monitor service requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery processes.
  • Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role supporting MS365/O365.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory user and group management.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and cloud services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) for supporting German-speaking users.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
