We are looking for a Flutter Developer with strong technical expertise in mobile and web application development. The ideal candidate has a solid background in both front-end and back-end technologies, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can deliver clean, efficient, and scalable code.

You'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter framework.
  • Design and implement UI/UX that align with project requirements and best practices.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Work closely with backend developers to optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Manage code repositories using Git, track progress with JIRA, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
  • Integrate native platform functionalities (Android/iOS) into Flutter applications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner—especially high-priority bugs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and meet business objectives.

Technical Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Mobile/Web Development using Flutter.
  • At least 3 years of experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with C#.NET development.
  • Strong background in UI/UX design and implementation.
  • Proficient in using Git, JIRA, and CI/CD tools.
  • Experienced in REST API development and API integration.
  • Knowledgeable in integrating native platform features within a cross-platform code base.

Other Qualities

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to resolve urgent technical issues efficiently.
  • Exposure to full-stack development is an advantage.
  • Experience in banking or financial systems is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
