About the role

Here in Wee Community Developers, Inc., the Lead Architect serves as the creative and technical authority who bridges vision, design, and functionality in our beyond ordinary projects. They transform the company's strategic development goals into efficient, and compliant architectural designs, ensuring that each project reflects the brand's identity and meets market demands.

What you'll do

  • Prepares design development drawings including Building Permit drawings, Bid Documents and For Construction Drawings
  • Prepares area tabulation based on the approved schematic design
  • Performs all drawings needed in the assigned project(s) and ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building code, guidelines and regulations
  • Ensure all assigned project deliverables are completed as per schedule
  • Attends regular meetings, site visits and design coordination
  • Creates catalogue of all architectural files and documents for proper safekeeping and future reference
  • Monitor and control projects, and implement building plans with quality standards, compliance to codes and regulations within specific budgets and timelines
  • Can work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Can report output, deliverables and studies through visual and verbal presentations
  • Can delegate tasks to Junior Architects with full supervision
  • Coordinates, manages and reviews output from outsource professionals and consultants
  • Evaluates consultants performance , review, prepare billings for processing.

What we're looking for

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or any related field.
  • Professional Licensed is an advantage
  • With at least ten (10) years of related working experience
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, MS Office, SketchUP, and rendering softwares
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to start as soon as possible
