The Sales Associate greets the customer on arrival and assists with any question about the purchase. He or she works with management on day-to-day operations and focuses on sales targets and providing proper resolution to client inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Male or Female

  • With at least 1-year related experience in Retail

  • College Level, but college graduate is a plus/advantage

  • Assigned branch - Makati Cinema Square

  • Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday 930am – 630pm

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proficient in English communication skills

  • Good MS Office application skills

  • Knows how to use social media platform

  • Well organized

  • Detail oriented

  • Good social media skills

  • Can work under pressure

  • Team Player

  • Customer oriented

  • Friendly and positive attitude

  • Pleasing personality is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responds to all client inquiries which are (but not limited to): Walk-In, Email, Social Media(Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram), Website Inquiries.

  • Updates necessary fields for sales on Client Database

  • Assists in the delivery of client requirements and purchases

  • Assists in the delivery of supplier requirements and purchases

  • Ensures all transactions are accompanied by valid documents and receipt

  • Ensures display are properly organized throughout the day

  • Ensures stocks are properly and neatly organized

  • Confident in product knowledge

  • Securely keeps display items during closing

  • Works with Senior Sales Associate in the accomplishment of team tasks and objectives

  • Any other project assigned by the manager

  • Assists clients with procurement of their requirements as part of the store's service (ONLY IF ASSIGNED)
