About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Application Security to lead the secure development lifecycle across our digital banking platforms. You will manage a team of security professionals, define secure coding practices, and work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure security is built into every stage of software development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Application Security program and define its strategy and roadmap.
  • Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
  • Set secure coding standards, perform threat modeling, and oversee code reviews.
  • Manage application security testing (SAST, DAST, IAST, RASP) and track remediation.
  • Oversee risk assessments for third-party and open-source software.
  • Deliver secure development training for engineering teams.
  • Work with product and engineering to evaluate risks in new features and architectures.
  • Lead response efforts for application-level vulnerabilities.
  • Stay up to date with new threats and security best practices.
  • Report security posture and risks to executives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in application security, with at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10, secure coding, microservices, APIs, and containers.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g., Veracode, Checkmarx, Burp Suite, Fortify).
  • Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems) is a plus.
  • Ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications like CISSP, CSSLP, or OSCP are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
